- Order Acceptance
All orders placed on 4th-hope.com are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:

- Cancel orders at our discretion
- Limit quantities
- Cancel duplicate orders
- Cancel suspicious transactions
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
- Pricing and Currency
All prices on 4th-hope.com are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Change prices without notice
- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders with incorrect pricing
If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.
- Payment Terms
We accept secure payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
We do not store credit card information.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
If payment is declined, the order will not be processed.
- Taxes
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Processing time does not include:

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will:

- Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn
- Tags attached
- Original condition
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless item is defective.
If replacement is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit
- Refund
- Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow return procedures.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
