Thank you for shopping at 4th-hope.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through 4th-hope.com.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned in original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked non-returnable
  • Worn or washed items
  • Damaged items caused by customer use

For hygiene reasons, beanies may only be returned if unworn and unwashed.

  1. Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue:

  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (based on eligibility)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless item is defective.

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Requested exchange size (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Wrong item received
  • Defective product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We are not responsible for lost return packages.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email
  • Refund will be approved or rejected

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time:

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days (depending on bank)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund, including shipping
  1. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed package
  • Delivery refusal

Customer will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping cost, or
  • Partial refund (shipping deducted)
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

At our discretion, refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange
  • Original payment refund

Store credit does not expire.

  1. Sale Items

Sale items may be:

  • Exchange only, or
  • Store credit only

Final sale items cannot be returned.

This will be clearly indicated at checkout.
